Tiffany Martin, co-owner of RTS Specialty Services, has lived in the Burnet & Kingsland, TX areas full time since 2002. A transplant from Central Michigan, she is a jack-of-all-trades and has held a variety of careers from security guard to line cook to office manager. Having noticed a need for rural trash service in the area, she collaberated with her husband, Robert, and they formed RTS Specialty Services in August 2018. Currently, Tiffany resides in Burnet, TX with her husband and business partner Robert, two children, and several pets.

Robert Swope, co-owner of RTS Specialty Services, was raised in Florida before moving to Texas at the age of 13. He has held a variety of careers including an OTR truck driver, overhead power lineman, line cook, & tree trimmer. Robert, AKA 'Red', moved to Burnet full-time in February 2008. Fully supporting his wife and business partner, Tiffany, in RTS Specialty Services, he is excited to offer these specialized services to the local area.
