East-Nor Cesspool is a family owned and operated septic system pumping business located in downtown Oyster Bay, NY. We have proudly been servicing areas of Nassau and Suffolk Counties for over 50 years. Licensed and insured, East-Nor Cesspool offers both residential and commercial pumping services.

Our company was founded in 1972 by Charles Vaccaro. Ownership of the company was later passed on to Charlie's son, Chris Vaccaro, who has been working at East-Nor for over 40 years. Highly knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced, Chris is both the owner and operator and he completes the work at each and every job with quality care.

​As previously mentioned, we are family owned and operated. Chris's daughter, Jennifer, has worked with her Dad at East-Nor answering phones and managing the office for over 20 years. She will be happy to answer any questions you may have when you give us a call. Chris also occasionally calls upon his three son-in-laws to give him an extra hand on jobs from time to time. It truly is a family affair!
