CHIARI SERVICES SRL is an in-house providing company, 100% owned by the Municipality of Chiari.

The tasks currently assigned to the Company relate to the management and development of the following services: · collection and transport of urban and similar waste, sent for disposal and recovery; ·

mechanical and manual sweeping of the territory;

· management of activities relating to TARI (waste tax);

· ecological island management;

· ICP and COSAP user counters in the Municipality of Chiari.

History of the Company

The Company, initially established as a Consortium, was founded in 1963 (Prefectural Decree no. 39479/3) between the Provincial Administration of Brescia and the municipalities of Castelcovati, Roccafranca and Rudiano.

In 1973 the municipalities of Chiari and Urago d'Oglio became a consortium and in 1974 those of Castrezzato and Comezzano- Cizzago.

The Consortium continues its history, with the exit of some municipalities, until 1996, the year in which the municipalities of Chiari, Castelcovati and Roccafranca, following the application of law 142/90, define the transition from Consortium to Special Company . In May 2003, the transformation into a Limited Liability Company (Srl) was decided. In 2006, the Municipalities of Castelcovati and Roccafranca left the Company and the shares were acquired by Cogeme SpA. On 23 April 2008, a free share capital increase of €1,900,000.00 was implemented through the allocation of available reserves, bringing the new share capital of €2,000,000.00. In January 2012, the exit from the shareholder structure of the shareholder Cogeme SpA (non-proportional partial split of the company) entails the change in the legal form of the Company from SRL to SRL with Sole Shareholder (100% Municipality of Chiari) and the updating of the share capital to €1,800,000.00.

On 30.10.2012, the Assembly resolved to change the company name to 'CHIARI SERVICES SRL' and provided for the general revision of the company statute, adapting to the legislation regarding companies owned by public bodies and in particular so-called 'in house' companies providing”.

With the approval of the financial statements as of 31.12.2012, the Assembly decides on the appointment of the Sole Auditor who will also function as statutory auditor of the accounts.

CHIARI SERVICES SRL is now managed by a Board of Directors composed of the President Gianluca Delbarba and the Directors Dr. Ezio Codenotti, Dr. Alessia Bortolini, Dr. Andrea Maria Pio Puma, Attorney Sara Chiari.
