Bosco Srl , located on the eastern side of Etna, has been involved for over 40 years in the management of Etna lava stone quarries intended for the production of boulders , sold as they are for subsequent ornamental processing, and for the production of lava aggregates of proven quality. In fact, our aggregates are all CE 2+ certified in relation to the regulations regarding the production of cement and bituminous conglomerates , mortars and for the construction of road foundations .

Over the years the quarry activity has been accompanied by other activities such as the most important since 1997 the recycling of inert materials from excavations, demolitions and constructions as well as other more specific products such as waste from marble cutting and removed stone . of work coming from the maintenance of railway lines. Since July 2017, in addition to the materials described above, it is also possible to deliver asphalt from road maintenance . From these materials , secondary, classified and certified raw materials are produced , which are used to replace the aggregates produced with quarry materials.

The new recycling authorization allows the recovery of waste for an annual total of 200,000 tons . Alongside this authorization, our company also has the one necessary for the transport of waste for an annual total of 60,000 tonnes .
