Aimeri Ambiente specializes in the treatment and disposal of solid waste and the recycling of special electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and manages selection and recovery systems for non-hazardous special waste.

Aimeri Ambiente has a tradition of over forty years in the environmental hygiene sector and the name of the company derives from Aimeri of Mondovì (CN), a historic company in the waste collection sector in the province of Cuneo. Founded in 1973, Aimeri was acquired in 1995 by Camuzzi S.p.A., a company active in gas distribution. In 1998, following its growth strategy through acquisitions, Aimeri began the incorporation of numerous complementary companies, a strategy that allowed it to reach a number of employees in excess of 1,200 units in the following year, making it change both size and positioning. of the market. The transition to the Biancamano Group of the Pizzimbone Brothers took place in 2004, the year in which it also took on its current corporate name of Aimeri Ambiente, with which it became one of the main operators in the sector at a national level.
