A.Se.R SpA - has the 'Mission' of:
Providing environmental public services for the management of the integrated waste cycle, adopting the business model in order to create employment and profitability, harmonizing costs and tariffs, with commitment to quality and continuity.
The Company aims to offer quality products and services that can always fully respond to the needs of its Customers, respecting the legal requirements and relevant regulations of the sectors in which it operates with a particular focus on the Legislative Decree. 152/2006 and subsequent amendments and on Legislative Decree 50/2016 and on the regulatory acts issued by ARERA.
Therefore the Management of A.Se.R Spa formally undertakes to develop and constantly improve the Quality Management System and, to this end:
• It has identified the Quality Manager to whom it will entrust the responsibility and formalization of the System ( the details of the tasks and knowledge necessary to fill this role are reported in the specific job description).
• Involved staff in the identification and achievement of Mission, Policy and Quality Objectives, supervising their compliance with the Customer's needs and mandatory requirements.
• Analyzed its external and internal context, identifying the needs and expectations of all interested parties.
• Has developed a system for mapping business processes and analyzing organizational risks.
The Company intends to explain the objectives, in line with its Mission, and in response to the analyzes described above listed below:
1. Operate in a responsible, sustainable and transparent way towards people, territory, environment and other stakeholders.
2. Evaluate the possibility of acquiring and self-producing electricity from renewable sources at the ecological platform.
3. Enhance/optimize recordings of incoming contacts by users
4. Reduce abandonments and improve environmental quality
5. Reduce waste production
6. Increase contacts with digital tools as part of the digital relationship with users Nello specific and operationally it aims to:
Acquire information about the possible extension to benefit companies; project drafting with indication of commitments and timetable
Identify solutions for updating the project for the construction of a photovoltaic system at the Ecological Platform, acquire studies and investigations on the sustainability of the work and the possible establishment of a CER o Strengthen the computerized system for tracking and recording complaints and reports as well as management activities for waste tariff practices
Or joint activities with the Municipality of Rho Local Police for monitoring the territory, with support in the management of camera traps. Monitoring of the territory and verification of the correct behavior of users within the prerogatives of environmental inspectors
o Evaluate and propose alternative solutions for the creation of the Reuse Center (e.g. PPP, access to non-repayable forms of financing), in case of not obtaining the PNRR financing; propose hypotheses of agreement for the implementation and subsequent management. o Relaunch of the “A.Se.R Digitale” campaign.
The Management declares that it is committed to implementing what has been described by identifying, during management reviews and/or in specific quality meetings:
• the actions necessary to achieve the objectives
• the functions responsible for the identified commitments
• the suitable measurable indicators to monitor the achievement of set objectives
All this is reported in a specific document called 'Table of objectives, commitments and indicators' .
In order to achieve what is described above, the Management involves all its collaborators, starting from the Managers of the different company areas, constantly keeping them informed of the quality levels achieved by A.Se.R SpA
To allow the sharing of objectives and the adhesion and involvement of the spirit and the Quality Policy by the entire organisation, the Management insists on the importance of respecting what is prescribed by the documentation supporting the Quality System, which constitutes the line guide that A.Se.R SpA adopts to obtain, maintain and actively improve the quality of its service. Furthermore, the Company always takes an active part in encouraging the participation of all collaborators in the resolution of any problems that may arise in the performance of each individual's tasks, ensuring that it always moves in the direction of the best results in the management of process quality.
