History

1983

The company MTF S.n.c. di Martinelli Enzo & C was founded in 1983 with headquarters in Tolmezzo and began its business operating in the sectors of earthmoving and supplies, transport for third parties and its own, rental of equipment and machinery, snow clearing activities and hiring of public services .

1994

The company extends its activity to the waste management sector and in future years will operate in the Trentino Alto Adige region, in the Alta Valle Pusteria and in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, in the mountain community of Carnia and in that of Valcanale Canal del Ferro.

2004

The company transforms into MTF S.r.l., still based in Tolmezzo, and continues to expand the reference market in the environmental hygiene sector. 2006 MTF s.r.l. is purchased by the company EXE S.p.A. of Udine, whose majority shareholder is the Province of Udine, which transforms it into a company whose activity can also be exercised according to the so-called in 'house providing' model in favor of local authorities that should assume the role of shareholder of the society.

The Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro purchased 1% of the company and on 27 February entrusted the municipal environmental hygiene services to 'house providing' for a period of twenty-five years.

2007

The shareholders' meeting resolves the non-proportional partial demerger of the company MTF S.r.l. in two companies:

MTF S.r.l., based in Lignano Sabbiadoro, whose statute is adapted to the most recent legislative interventions regarding in 'house providing' to make the company compliant with the service contract with the Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro, which becomes the only customer of the society;

SRF S.r.l., based in Amaro, to which all other contracts in existence at the date of the demerger are assigned.

2013

The shareholders' meeting decides on some changes to the statute to adapt it to the existing community and national regulations regarding similar control, according to the 'house providing' company model.

2017

The company EXE S.p.A. puts 99% of the shares of MTF s.r.l. up for sale with a public tender procedure reserved for companies with entirely public capital. which are acquired by the company Ambiente e Servizi S.p.A. ​ Send feedback Side panels History Saved Contribute
