The history of our company begins in 1887 when the MOLTRASIO company, active in the textile industry, was founded in Bergamo.

In 1950 , the MOLTRASIO Company began operating in the energy generation sector, acting as Representative of the German steam turbine manufacturer KK&K.

In 1986 it took the name of 'Nuova Moltrasio Engineering', which later became ' NME ' following the separation of the different business sectors of the 'Moltrasio' company.

For over 30 years, NME has been the agent of prestigious European manufacturers of high-tech industrial machinery and plants.

Over time, NME has expanded its activity in the recycling field, becoming an agent for a leading European manufacturer in the sector.

In 2020, NME expands the range of solutions offered to customers with specific engineering and project management services.
