ASM – Environmental Systems and Services

ASM – Impianti e Servizi Ambientali Spa (acronym “ASM ISA spa”) is a company founded on 6 October 2004 following the transfer of the business branch from ASM Vigevano and Lomellina spa for the purpose of managing environmental services for the municipality of Vigevano and for any other municipalities.

The company carries out collection and transport activities of solid urban and similar waste and carries out waste collection in the municipalities of: Vigevano, Borgo San Siro, Cassolnovo, Garlasco, Gravellona Lomellina and Tromello. Solid urban waste is sent for incineration at the waste-to-energy plant, while recyclable material is sent to treatment and recycling plants.

ASM ISA spa manages the Ecological Platform located at the headquarters in Viale Petrarca 68, with entrance in the Via Ristori side street, where private citizens and companies can deliver differentiated waste, it also manages the Collection Center of the municipality of Tromello and also the Cassolnovo collection.

ASM ISA spa also carries out street sweeping and for this service both mechanized and/or manual systems are used.

The company operates with a fleet of vehicles, mostly owned and the remainder rented. The vehicles are mostly tub vehicles and rear-loading compactors, with a minimal presence of side-loading compactors for services dedicated to companies and the collection of greenery and branches in the municipality of Vigevano.
