Greenpack Cyprus Ltd.

Although Greenpack (Cyprus) Ltd was established in 1995, the founder of the company is one of the pioneers in waste paper recycling in Cyprus since 1971 in Famagusta. We are proud that we have since processed countless quantities of waste paper, thus contributing to saving millions of trees.

Greenpack was established specifically to take over the waste management section of the business from its sister company Philomedon Ltd, as part of the group’s reorganisation and investment program.

In 1995 we were the first to launch a project for the collection of waste paper from the household stream around the Limassol, Agios Athanasios and Mesa Geitonia Municipalities in cooperation with “Friends of the Earth” and the “Cyprus Green Party”.

Our company is one of the founding members of the Cyprus Recycling Industries Association.

During the last decade we have gradually entered the waste plastics recycling sector and we are planning further investments in the near future to further develop paper and plastics recycling, as well as expand to other materials.
