Sundby Thy Car scrap

Stenbjergvej 71 , Snedsted, Kobenhavn, Denmark | Automotive Recycling

Sundby Thy Autoophug was founded in 1964, and was taken over by Conny and Svend Petersen in 1976. In 2019, Allan Madsen, Sjørring product took over Sundby Thy car scrapping and the buildings at Stenbjergvej 71 and most of Sjørring product's activities were moved here.

The company was located at the address Sundbyvej 11 from the start until 1993, when the current buildings at Stenbjergvej 71, the old 'Sundby Teglværk', were purchased. The new buildings were gradually put into use after the renovation was completed during 1995, and in 1996 the entire company had moved.

With the move, the warehouse was expanded to a total of 7,500 m2, and a modern workshop and office were set up.

In 2019, construction began on a large new space for receiving iron and metal scrap.

In the summer of 2020, the construction of a 160 sqm office and staff room started.

With continuous investments in warehouse, workshop and environmental measures, we keep up to date with both development and legal requirements, and we want to continue to appear as a modern recycling company.
