West Jutland Wooden packaging was founded in 2003 in Thyborøn. The company grew bigger and bigger and in 2011 the company moved to Ramme outside Lemvig. Today, production takes place here at 2 locations, and a 3rd location in Aulum is used for sorting used pallets and the production of wood chips.

West Jutland Wooden packaging currently employs approx. 35-40 employees spread over 3 shifts.

​The company is owned by Carsten Lund who bought half of the company in 2006. In 2016 Carsten Lund became sole owner and in 2020 Kurt Fiskbæk bought into the company with 20%.

The board today consists of Carsten Lund and his wife Heidi Lund and Kurt Fiskbæk.
