THE RECYCLING EXCHANGE

The thrift store in Nykøbing Falster and Sakskøbing respectively are thrift stores run by the Social Association.

All work is carried out by volunteers and unpaid people who make a huge effort so that the Social Association can run local shelters for socially disadvantaged people.

Pt. we run 'Havnen' in Sakskøbing, where socially disadvantaged people can come and have a free space together with other people in the same situation as themselves. This can be through communal dining, small excursions and other chores.

The thrift stores are happy to accept furniture, electronics, applied art, kitchen equipment, clothes and everything that you no longer use at home and that others can benefit from.

The recycling exchange is happy to collect usable items (furniture, etc.) from estates .

All profits from the thrift stores go to run shelters for the socially disadvantaged.
