Mallett Drainage is headed up by experienced drainage engineer and family-man Chris Mallett.

After over 15 years’ experience in the industry, he saw a need for a local company who puts the customer at the core of its operations. After working with countless people and countless issues, he knows that it is vital for work to be both efficient and effective. We want to make sure that you, the customer, are kept up to date in terms of what is happening and what the problem might be at all times. We never over-quote or over-price and you can always be sure to receive a quality service at a competitive price. We work with both domestic and commercial clients, and have public liability insurance for up to £5million.

Here at Mallett Drainage we understand that most people aren’t interested in a fancy survey or report that can cost into the hundreds. However, customers do want to know whether the problem has been fixed and whether there might be any further defects within the system. Therefore, as part of our standard service, we offer a free CCTV drain investigation to be sure the system is clear, and the issue is fixed. This will also enable us to be certain that the problems are within the property boundary, and therefore the responsibility of the homeowner rather than the local water authority. Although this won’t include a full report (available at an extra cost), we are always happy to supply footage.

Chris has 10+ years’ experience sub-contracting with all the major home-policy insurers. He is always happy to offer our clients free, impartial advice relating to which defects may be covered under the homeowner’s insurance policy.
