For Desert Dogs, no job is too small. Whether we are cleaning up debris left by pesky tenants or neighbors, or sending multiple teams to large developments under construction, we work tirelessly to ensure that the work delivered surpasses the work that was promised.

With an organizational structure that is overflowing with expertise, our Desert Dogs emphasize an attention to detail combined with speed and efficiency. We wont leave until you are satisfied, and provide accountability for all tasks completed.

Who We Are

Desert Dogs launched in January 2020, with the hope of providing servicemen and women the opportunity to work, grow and rebuild in the company of fellow Veterans. Thanks to our corporate partners and homeowners, we are one of the fastest growing companies in Phoenix.

We have hired over 60 Veterans through collaboration with the Phoenix and Prescott Valley Veterans Administration, US Vets and the Reveille Foundation. We provide steady employment at a living wage, temporary or permanent housing, and counseling through the VA. Desert Dogs provides a work community that understands life is sometimes unpredictable, but never unmanageable.

What We Do

Desert Dogs are committed to making a difference in our communities. From keeping our neighborhoods clean and safe, hiring Veterans, to hiring those who just need a second chance in life, we honor this commitment on a daily basis!

We’re proud to work hand-in-hand with the Arizona Veterans’ Administration, offering employment and housing opportunities to those who served. We also offer resources for food, federal assistance, and mental health to ensure that our employees feel safe, welcome and ready to succeed!

Along with assisting Veterans, Desert Dogs also offer second-chance employment for those who are looking to rebuild their lives in the company of like-minded individuals.
