HOW NEXT DESTINATION JUNK REMOVAL WORKS:

√ A team member will work with you to get your estimates done over the phone with text or email photos.
√ Once booked a team member will call ahead on the day off to confirm your appointment and make sure that everyone (including us) is healthy and you’re ready to go.
√ When we call, we will confirm details like where the items are located and how to gain access to them, also making sure we have the correct location and time.
√ Upon arrival, we’ll greet you with smiles instead of a handshake and be wearing gloves and masks.
√ White glove service gets even safer if you would like to further minimize contact, you can move your junk outside for us and we will pick it up without entering the home.
√ To keep everyone safe we must maintain 6 feet of distance at all times and if we do come into the home to remove the junk, we will be sure to follow the 6 feet distance mandate.
√ Once we remove the items and load the truck a team member will broom sweep the area on the way out if you request for them to do so.
√ Upon completion of the job, payment can be processed without any contact or if cash is the form of payment that should be placed in person but, within a safe distance. With gloves a team member will count out the payment in the client’s presence to confirm the proper amount is included.
√ Lastly, we will safely and efficiently dispose of the items in the most environmentally friendly and efficient manner possible.
