As a family-owned waste management company founded in 2015, E-bins Disposal Services Inc. operates in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our goal was to transform how disposal bin rental industry has long been perceived. Our mission was to change the messy, dirty, untrustworthy and rude characteristics generally associated with disposal bin companies. We also set a goal to help reduce the amount of garbage sent to landfills by utilizing the most effective recycling methods currently available in the industry, all this while being an eco-friendly company that strives to reduce our carbon footprint and that of our clients.

With over 20 years in the industry, we needed to come up with a method to not only change the perception but ultimately put forward and revamp the general negative sense of mistrust that looms over of the industry.

E-bins Disposal Service set out to get feedback from customer, analyze all the results and reinvent the disposal bin rental industry. With the many years of experience and the customer concerns embedded in our minds, we developed a system that connects all parties at all times. We sought to the best of our ability to ensure that all delivers are on time, we strive to make all customers equal from the single order customers to the multiple re-accruing contracts, respect and protect all properties with parallel care, electronically track all deliveries and pick ups, ensure all employees are always courteous and fully trained, present the most curb appealing bins by setting strict policy and guidelines on the quality and condition of our bins which our customers have been accustomed, we photo all deliveries and pick ups, fully sweep and clean all areas around the bins, never sway from industry standard and competitive rates, always seek to recycle all material collected by stringently following a recycling process on all waste collected, however our most precious aspect was to have a friendly and courteous experience with our customers by complete communication of the whole process from the initial customer contact to the final thank you message.
