In 1963, father Carmans started a small-scale transport company. He quickly expanded these activities with the construction of driveways in clinker and asphalt and later also road construction for tenders. The 1990s were very fruitful for Carmans. Not only did son Stefan join the business, in 1994 the first crushing installation for the recycling of rubble was also a fact. For example, Carmans has grown into a major player in the recycling sector with the first mobile crusher in Flanders that was able to deliver certified granulates. Carmans continues to play this pioneering role.

Today, the construction group has about fifty employees and three main activities: Carmans Aannemingen , Carmans BT and BLUEBLOCKS . We are specialists in versatility and are constantly pushing the boundaries thanks to our motivated employees and future-oriented investments. Due to the diversity in the company, there is a natural cross-pollination within the various specializations.
