First Valet was founded on the idea that high-quality service and affordability should go hand in hand. This came with an unending drive to achieve a lofty goal: to provide every client with a month-to-month contract, while maintaining their business for life because they want to be with us, not because they have to.

Every idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple: long-term, high-quality service in the valet trash industry didn’t exist. We lived in local apartment communities across the Dallas-Ft. Worth area for years, experiencing issues with several different valet trash companies. We were amazed at how seemingly difficult it was to accomplish such a simple task. We knew that if we applied certain ideas, we could solve this problem for good. We got our start in 2016 after our client had exhausted all of their options and had no choice but to give us a shot.

Through the use of these basic principles, we’ve been able to accomplish our goal of being the premier valet trash service provider in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and beyond. We believe that no client should ever be forced into signing a long-term contract. If you’re in a vendor-client relationship with us, it should be because you want to be, not because you have to be. We believe that no manager should have to work their way through daily complaint emails from tenants because their valet trash provider has a long list of rules for trash collection. We believe in paying our valet trash technicians what they’re worth, which is over twice the industry standard by comparison to other companies, greatly reducing turnover rates. We believe that it’s more efficient to grab all of the trash and recyclable materials outside of a unit instead of taking the time to write tedious emails to managers each night. We believe that all trash violations should and will be reported to the managers each night, but what happens to the tenant is up to the manager. No matter what, we take the trash.

We believe that trash collection is simple and always will be. If you treat people with courtesy and respect while building a culture that’s centered around excellence in all aspects of the job, you can’t lose. This is the formula for First Valet’s success, and it’s the reason that our service level is unmatched. In five years of business, we’ve never lost a client from poor service experience, and we don’t plan on starting anytime soon.
