Quackenbush Cesspools Inc.is a family owned and operated Septic Service that services Commercial, Industrial and Residential clients from Montauk to Westhampton. James Quackenbush & his wife Danielle started Quackenbush Cesspools in 2009. James has over 30 years of experience in the Septic Industry and Danielle has over 15 yrs of business management experience. Due to James’ vast knowledge in the field & renowned reputation with his clients Quackenbush quickly became the Hamptons “GO TO” Septic Company.

James started in the industry as a teenage working alongside his father James Quackenbush Sr. with GT Stanley Cesspool Company. After his father sold the family business a local fuel company saw an opportunity to start a Septic Company. With James’ reputation and customer base it was the perfect opportunity for both. After several years growing one company he was sought after to help grow another local Septic Company. His loyal customers remained faithful and James helped expand another local Wastewater Management Company in East Hampton. After years working for others he and his wife established Quackenbush Cesspools and once again, loyal customers helped grow the business and establish Quackenbush as a household name.

The ‘dynamic duo’, as they have been called, pride themselves in their relationships with their customers. A septic Emergency can be stressful and chaotic and our goal is to ease the discomfort and provide excellent customer service.
