Simple As Clearance is your local clearance company, with a warehouse in Balham and offices in Clapham.

Set up by four London born friends, Simple As Clearance is a house removal/waste clearance company whose main aim is to serve with a green and charitable purpose. All coming from previous jobs in the industry, we saw first hand how much more could be done to recycle people’s unwanted items and make the waste industry a more environmentally friendly place. We put years of experience together with new ideas to provide a quality service throughout London and south east England.

Community and health are of great importance to us. Whether it’s our low carbon footprint, donations to charity or the safety precautions we take - we promise to go the extra mile to positively impact and serve all of the communities in and around us, in the most considerable and professional manner.
