Residential and Commercial Clearance

We're Andrea and Harry and we've been running ASAP Clearances since 2018.

Offering a professional and sensitive approach to house clearance, we are often called in to help with probate or hoarder scenarios.

We also work on other residential and commercial clearance projects for private clients, lettings and estate agents, block managers, builders and gardeners who need to dispose of waste.

We care about our clients and the world we live in, so donate as many of our clearance items as possible so they can find new homes rather than ending up in landfill. We also donate all in-date tinned and dried food to a food bank or homeless shelter.

We’ve been married since 1993 and have two adult children who also help out from time to time. We’re a true family-run business with a team who’ve been working with us since day one. When you work with us you'll feel like part of the family too.
