Purchasing Station - Metals' started operating at the beginning of 1992 in Zagreb, Krivajska 19. The founder of the company is Mr. Žarko Žnidarec and 'Metals' did good business from the very beginning. In 2009, Zdenko Žnidarec and Marina Lončarević took over the company and expanded the existing operations. They soon opened a new purchase point in Novaki near Samobor, where they built a new facility with all the necessary facilities for proper waste disposal. Respecting the Law on Sustainable Waste Management (ZOOGO), NN 94/13, dated 15.07.2013. and a whole series of by-laws, rules and regulations in the treatment and management of waste, the company 'Otkupna stanica Metali' continues operations that fully meet all legal standards for the collection, transport, recovery and/or disposal of waste.

The purchase station - Metali today employs 15 employees, has its own open and closed storage space, trucks for transporting secondary raw materials, containers for metal disposal, a press, scissors for cutting metal and other tools necessary for quality work. Our business motto is - the client always comes first. We cooperate with numerous companies and citizens and take over and purchase the following metal secondary raw materials:

Aluminum (wire, profiles, pipes, sheets, shavings, castings, cables, etc.)

Copper (wire, sheets, pipes, shavings, etc.)

Bronze (casts, pieces, etc.)

Zinc (sheets, wires, etc.)

We sort and process the purchased secondary raw materials so that they are ready for further processing and a new production process.
