Univerzal D.O.O. Varaždin is a company registered for the recycling of metal scraps and the sale of secondary raw materials, as well as for the collection and storage of non-hazardous and hazardous waste. It has been successfully operating in the northwestern region and beyond for years. In achieving our goals, we are guided by knowledge, social and social responsibility, as well as responsibility in waste management while respecting the principles of environmental protection.

The greatest values of our company are care for the safety and satisfaction of our suppliers and customers, an organized working environment, care for the environment. Capital investments, own development programs, innovations at all levels and constant improvements of recycling processes are a guarantee of our constant economic growth and development.

Today, the company has over 100 qualified employees, has modern technology, machinery and vehicles for the collection and transport of waste, consisting of: over 40 trucks, about 20 work machines, mobile presses for bulky waste and car wrecks, a sorting plant for non-metallic waste with automatic press, 1 thin sheet shears, 2 stationary presses, plastic mill, wood mill, complete plant for the production of fuel from waste (GIO), ADR vehicle (tanker for transporting hazardous waste).

In the Energana business unit, we own a cogeneration plant, solar power plants 1.5 MWh, crushers, loaders and trucks.

Varaždin is to work, succeed and become recognizable by taking care of collecting, storing and disposing of waste, respecting the legal and other regulations regarding environmental protection and quality of service, and thus enabling waste to become raw material in order to reduce the exploitation of raw materials from natural resources

The first business priority is the quality and reliability of all our waste handling, collection and storage of hazardous waste activities while fully meeting the demands, needs and expectations of customers. One of the fundamental principles of the organization's business management is the prevention of environmental pollution and the reduction of negative impacts on the environment.

Ensuring and constantly improving quality and environmental management is the task and responsibility of managers and all employees to create a compliant business system.
