Salt Spring garbage began servicing the community in 1960. Always family owned and operated. We started as a landfill and in 1990 transitioned to a full service transfer station.
We are a full-service business offering garbage services on Salt Spring-like residential and commercial garbage pick-up, construction bin rentals, toilet rentals, metal recycling and a full service transfer station. Plus we are home to the Blackburn mall where all proceeds from the donations we collect are returned to community.
