Toner Warranty

Laser Re-Nu provides standard warranty on all office supplies, OEM and compatible products. Compatible and remanufactured products are 100% guaranteed to meet or exceed the OEM brands and to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 1-Year from shipment date. Laser Re-Nu will provide call tags for any faulty products at no charge. Within 90-Days a re-stocking fee will apply on returned unused/unopened product for credit. Equipment using Laser Re-Nu products is also warranted for any damage under normal use that the said product causes during the duration of the product life. If any Laser Re-Nu products are shown to be defective, include printed sheet(s) illustrating the faulty product. If a defect in a Laser Re-Nu cartridge causes a machine to fail, upon notification from the customer, Laser Re-Nu will, at its option, either reimburse the customer for the full amount of service and repairs or replace the machine with one of equal value or better. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Laser Re-Nu with satisfactory evidence that the failure was due to a defect in the Laser Re-Nu cartridge, including a written statement on an authorized service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by the company’s service representative. Laser Re-Nu’s liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as proved above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
