SEPTIC PUMPING
The need for pump to remove solids that build up over time. The EPA recommends pumping every 3-5 years or when solids reach 25-30% of your tanks 4' liquid depth. We measure solids as part of our initial system inspection to determine whether or not a pump is due. We have the utmost integrity, if a pump is not due we simply charge an inspection fee.
SEPTIC INSPECTIONS & CAMERA SCOPES
We are certified by Summit County Environmental Health, NAWT, CPOW and SCG Enterprises to inspect and pump traditional and AdvanTex® Treatment Systems. If you are buying or selling a property in Summit County and need a Summit County Environmental Health Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OTWS) Use Permit Inspection, we are certified. If you need an inspection and pump for a Short Term Rental License (required every 3 years) you can count on Summit County Septic. If you're applying for a building permit or need an HOA inspection, we are here for you.

OUR PRICES
Septic inspections start at $175. The cost to pump is based on tank size, ease of lid access and ease of pumping logistics. Tank sizes are generally 1,000-gallons, 1,250-gallons, 1,500-gallons and 2,000-gallons.
