Ylä-Savo Waste Management

Ylä-Savon Jätehuolto Oy is a waste management company owned by the municipalities, whose task is to provide the legally required waste management services for the municipalities on behalf of its partner municipalities (Iisalmi, Keitele, Kiuruvesi, Lapinlahti, Pielavesi, Sonkajärvi, Vieremä). The company was founded in 1997 and the area of ​​operation covers approximately 55,000 inhabitants. The service network includes the waste center of Ylä-Savo, ecopoints intended for household use, waste stations and waste management service advice.
