Tom Dieleman started in the septic industry in 1995, subcontracting for two different septic companies. In 1997, Tom and Linda started T&L Septic Services doing inspections, repairs, and installations. Within a year, they purchased their first pump truck, adding pump outs to their services, making this company a full-service septic business. In 2001, they began adding employees to their company, and together they have built the honest and reliable company that it is today.

Along with Tom Dieleman, there are four other certified maintenance technicians who service Denton County and the surrounding areas. Each of our technicians are qualified to work on all types of septic systems and strive to offer excellent customer service.

The current Office Manager is Brittney. She, along with Linda and Lindsay, work efficiently to assist you with any questions you may have, schedule your services, and handle all the required documentation with your local authority for your septic system.
