How we began

We were established in 2011 before the introduction of septic tank inspections. The business was initially setup to provide a service for domestic customers to desludge septic tanks and unblock drains. We knew we could offer a better sevice than our competitors as we can service and desludge a tank all in the one callout, instead of having to contact two seperate businesses.

Our goal was to offer personal service at competitive prices. Then due to the new septic tank regualtions being announced in 2012, the business began to expand and grow from just domestic to commercial waste water Treatment Plants and other services.

Our Growth

Since the new regulations we have seen a huge increase in annual desludging of septic tanks and annual maintainence agreements. The commercial jobs have increased since the establishment of Irish Water in 2013 due to Waste Water Treatment Plants being upgraded in many towns, and also existing Waste Water Treatment Plants being serviced more often.

Our Staff

Staff at Arroo Septic Tank Services receive extensive and on-going training and hold all the relevant certifications such as Confined Space Entry, Safe Pass and Manual Handling. We are fully licensed and insured and strictly adhere to the relevant health and safety standards.
