With a presence in more than 36 municipalities in the province of Valencia, Recisa carries out its business activity under the commitment to guide compliance with the objectives set by the State Waste Framework Plan (PERMAR) in meeting the minimum objectives of prevention, preparation , reuse, recycling, recovery and disposal of waste managed in the municipalities in which it operates.

The extensive experience acquired in these more than 20 years has given us the necessary capacity to act in the present thinking about the future, to be more sustainable and respectful of the environment and to reduce greenhouse gas (CO2) emissions.

History

RECISA was established in 2001, with its registered office in Ontinyent (Valencia) starting in February 2002, to carry out the urban waste collection and transport service in Vall d'Albaida (a region that is home to 34 municipalities) and start-up of a project that was 'pioneering' and created by the Commonwealth of the region in 1997, and which is currently the only Local Waste Plan duly approved in the Valencian Community
