Compost Murcia

We present our plant for the treatment of vegetable waste in which we produce our CMC certified compost. We are talking about a final by-product of the highest quality that covers the compost needs in the Region of Murcia, and that complies with current community regulations.

Our composting plant transforms vegetable residues such as pruning remains in gardens, mountains and agriculture, vegetable remains from crop removal, tomato remains, etc., into high-quality compost. The collection and recycling of this organic waste makes it possible to revalue it and avoid possible bad practices that can be carried out with it, since it is not always thrown into an authorized landfill with the consequent environmental damage that this entails. With this, illegal landfills are reduced, which, apart from the visual impact they entail, occupy space, pollute groundwater, produce bad odors, and are not capable of reversing that immense biological wealth in the form of organic matter behaved and provided as fertilizer. to agricultural, landscape and forestry production systems, etc.

PROCESS

In our process we use the composting method with the CMC methodology by turning, which is, in the opinion of the competent technicians in the matter, the most appropriate according to the plant material with which we are going to work and the geoclimatic zone in which our plant is located. .

This method differs from conventional composting methodology in that it is a compost that is ready to be used in 6-8 weeks thanks to the accelerated decomposition process and the dynamism of the process. Given our short processing time, we can produce 30,000 m3 per year, since 5 or 6 compost cycles can be carried out per year.

ADVANTAGES OF OUR COMPOST

The quality of the compost is the most important criterion for the farmer, the gardener or any other user. And only our product has the highest certified quality, providing excellent results. These being some of its benefits:

- Only with a compost of the highest quality like ours can soils be improved and at the same time reduce the need to use chemical fertilizers, heroism and pesticides in general.

- The soils where our compost has been applied have better fertility and a stable lumpy structure, reducing the problems of water erosion, leaching of nutrients and compaction.

-With the help of our compost, the ability to eliminate undesirable substances, reduce pathogens and soil infections is restored to the soil, since their natural antagonists are reestablished in the soil. - Crops develop healthier and become more resistant to diseases, infections and pest attacks.

- The result of these processes allows farmers to convert from conventional agriculture to ecological agriculture based on humus management, in a short period of time (one to three years).

The secret is easily explained, considering that our controlled composting process is based on a rapid growth of populations of aerobic bacteria and fungi, selected to revitalize soils and keep the natural cycles of carbon, nitrogen and other nutrients going.
