American Septic Service is properly licensed to conduct septic inspections. We work with you and your realtor to schedule an appointment time that is convenient for all. Inspection includes a flow test, inspection of tank for cracking, back-flow from the leaching system and that baffles are intact. Our state of the art camera, in most cases, is able to inspect the outlet pipe and distribution box without having to dig up the lawn. Copies of the printed inspection are available within 24 hours upon request.
