Eyüp Kaya, the founder of our companies operating in the environment, energy and waste management sectors, started his business life in the private sector between 1988-1992 on investment incentives, export incentives, import permits, company establishments. With the establishment of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in 1992, he started to work as an environmental specialist in the ministry. He resigned in 1994 and established our Serdar Engineering Environment and Consultancy Limited Company.

In a quarter of a century, Serdar Engineering has prepared hundreds of EIA Reports for numerous companies, including 20% ​​of the largest 500 industrial establishments in our country, primarily in the cement and mining sector, and has provided investment permits, non-sanitary establishment licenses, business opening and work permits, and carried out follow-up work. Today, it continues to provide engineering and consultancy services on environment, energy and waste management to large scale industrial organizations and ministries of our country in the fields of EIA Report, Environment and Investment Permits.

In 2004 , it started to invest in facilities in the waste sector and started waste recovery and logistics services in Ankara Province, Kahramankazan District with the License of the Ministry of Environment and with our Serhat Waste Recycling Joint Stock Company in accordance with the EU Environmental Legislation. Later, it established its second facility in Manisa Province, Kula District, and brought it to the Aegean region under the name of Süreko Waste Management. Our company Serhat Atık Recycling currently operates at its Ankara facility, including packaging waste collection, sorting, plastic recovery, packaging waste recycling, electronic waste recovery, fluorescent lamp recovery, waste-derived fuel production for cement factories, transportation, logistics and all waste. conducts field management.

Starting its investments in the renewable energy sector in 2014, it drilled the first geothermal resource operation well in the Eryaman district of Ankara and offered it to be used in the thermal health sector and in the field of physical therapy. It continues its investments in renewable energy resources and energy generation from waste with our Semih Renewable Energy Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company, geothermal operation sites in İzmir province Seferihisar and Çeşme districts, biogas energy and compost fertilizer production facility in Salihli.

Our group companies, with 25 years of experience, aiming at accuracy, honesty, hard work and reliability in working life, are moving forward as a corporate family company with confident and correct steps towards the future.
