Hidroplasto has a prolific activity in waste processing, thanks to continuous investment in automation and expansion of processing capacity. The factory has over 20 professional machines, with specific equipment and modern technologies. The grinding of hard and soft PVC waste is carried out with the help of eight specific mills, whose total capacity exceeds 20 tons per hour, of which: three El Previero type mills, with metal separation and exhaust systems; a Zeugma type mill with magnet system for metal detection and exhaust system; a Cumberland 1450/340 mill, a Herbold Mill SML 45/60 mill; a Shredder Zeno Type Ztill mill.

Micronization of hard PVC waste, shredded to a grain size of less than 1 mm, achieving a fine grind of approximately 8 microns. The operation is carried out with the help of three machines, one of which is a Zeugma type and two are Pallmann PPS 6, all equipped with automatic feeding and unloading, built-in cooling and exhaust systems. The total capacity is 3.5 tons per hour.

Regranulation by extrusion of PVC grinding, a process by which the material introduced is completely plasticized, through the combined action of thermal and mechanical energy.

The manufacture of various profiles through the extrusion process.

Six extruders are used in this operation: two Kuhne brand, two Battenfeld brand, one Mioto machine and one Weber machine, totaling a capacity of about 3 tons per hour, as well as with the help of an Officine Costarelli/Taglio in Testa type line, model TTE800 , of an Agro Mei 40Kw mixer and two MAAG type cleaning filters. Through extrusion, finished products for various industries result (for example: sealing systems for the waterproofing of concrete elements, contraction tubes, as well as other various products).

Through this process, parts are obtained for the automotive industry, the construction industry.

Material chipping , a mechanical operation in which the blank is pressed to deformation and divided into smooth strips, with the help of a SMP 400 grinding machine, a FUS-25 universal milling machine and an SMA 630 X 2000 lathe.
