Izmit Cinar Waste

Izmit Municipality is a huge metropolis with a daytime population of more than 700,000, and it is becoming a center of attraction with its public institutions, hospitals, university and social facilities.

As a municipality, studies are carried out on the reduction of environmental pollution, re-evaluation of waste and sustainable environment. Our work continues intensively, especially packaging wastes, electronic wastes, textile wastes, vegetable frying oils, waste batteries, evaluation of organic wastes, renewable energy, and end-of-life tires. By closely following the technological developments, the requests and demands of our citizens and the waste points will be monitored instantly via the web/android application.

Our ultimate goal is to spread the zero waste practice throughout Izmit by motivating us even more with the environmental awareness of our citizens.
