Polypro Plastic

It was founded in 1982 by Hayrettin Baltacı and started its recovery activities from industrial production wastes. In 1997, Atilla Baltacı joined the company. In 2005, it moved to the factory building with a closed area of ​​10.000 m², which it had specially built under the name of Polipro Plastik. In the same year, it started to produce compounds from recycled raw materials and established its own polymer laboratory.

Today Polipro Plastik San A.Ş. It continues its activities in a closed area of ​​10.000 m², with 5 production lines, 50 personnel, 8 of which are R&D, with an annual installed capacity of 12.000 tons and an advanced laboratory.

It carries out the first and only production of Turkey that can define the recycled polypropylene raw materials it produces with the internationally valid TDS (Technical Data Sheet), can produce according to these values ​​and can also create an analysis certificate with the highest sensitivity in the international arena.

It is our source of pride that it has achieved the prime polypropylene compound values ​​of over 95% in the recycled polypropylene raw materials it produces and in the polypropylene compounds it produces. Our rare recovery-compound integration is one of our most important advantages.

The use of our compound and recovery raw materials in the exterior and interior parts of automobiles, including the world's most prestigious automobile brands, is the result of our timing and production sensitivities.

Every day, new masterbatches are added to our masterbatch productions for process improvement and product quality improvement. These masterbatches require an advanced level of R&D work and high production technology.

Our collaborations with universities, our university students who practice their education in our R&D Laboratory, our recycling courses at the university, our R&D projects we carry out with our industry partners, our national and international R&D projects that receive support; it enables us to be dynamic, innovative and exploratory.
