Reliable Trash Company was started by Tony Biagiotti when he saw a great need developing in the rural Allen and Adams county areas. As the existing residential trash removal companies just outside of Fort Wayne were consolidated into larger and larger multi state companies with call centers in remote corners of the United States that were answered by people that did not even know where Fort Wayne was, let alone have any ability to really resolve your trash service issues, he knew he had to do something to resolve this. Now, Tony is no stranger to running successful businesses. He has run many business over his professional career, including landscaping companies, excavation and construction businesses, cleaning companies and delivery services. At the heart of all these companies is a desire to help out his neighbor. He sees a need and a way to help his neighbors and he acts on it. He knows that as companies grow larger and larger and lose touch with their customers, its the customers that start to suffer. It was his repeated poor customer experiences in having his own trash serviced that led him to do something about it.
