HISTORY

Our company, which started to operate in the collection and separation of packaging waste in 1996, is located in Merkez Uşak Sarayaltı mah. Celal Bayar cad. It was built on a 700 m² closed area with a total area of ​​1159 m² at the address NO:93/A.

Our Mission is to ensure the recycling of waste paper in nature, plastic, glass, metal such as pet, ps, pe, pp, contribute to leaving a good environment for the children who are our future, and meet the packaging and paper needs in a way that will provide a competitive advantage to our company and our customers.

Process Summary

Houses, industrial establishments, markets, street collectors, etc. Packaging wastes coming from places are taken into the facility after they are checked by our field supervisor. If there are hazardous wastes, domestic wastes or industrial wastes in the incoming wastes, they are controlled and returned before entering the scale. Wastes suitable for packaging waste are sorted on separation bands, and according to the type of materials (paper, cardboard, plastic (in the plastic itself, PET, PE, other plastics (such as PP, PS, PVC)), metal separation is made.

Paper cardboard materials include cardboard, beverage cardboard (Tetrapak), coated paper, first class paper (white paper), gray paper cardboard, cardboard, etc.

The classified materials are pressed and compressed separately with a press machine as cardboard bales, beverage cartons (Tetrapaks) Tetrapak bales, gray papers and gray cardboard bales as gray paper and gray cardboard bales, and baling is carried out in accordance with bale standards.

The baled cartons and papers are shipped to

the relevant and authorized recycling company in order to recycle these materials by the transport vehicle that comes in bale according to their class.

Normal white papers, whose separation is made by means of a separation band, are sent to the relevant and authorized recycling company in order to recycle them by spreading them in the vehicle specified by the term 'dump' on the transport vehicle.

After the plastic materials separated from the separation band are separated according to their types such as PP, PS, PE, PVC, PET, they are loaded into the return transport vehicle in bulk, and shipped to the relevant and authorized recycling companies for recycling.

After the glass materials separated from the separation band are separated as colored, colorless glass and brown glass, they are sent to the relevant and authorized recycling company for recycling according to their classes.

Metal materials separated from the separation band are also classified as (tin, steel and aluminum). The classified metal material is stored in the metal stock area and shipped to the relevant and authorized recycling companies for recycling.
