RİFAY was founded in 2005 in Istanbul by Fevzi RİFAİOĞLU. Starting from the lowest level in the scrap sector since 1995, our entry into the sector has progressed further with the use of the machinery required for the processing of wastes in our own organization in the Middle East countries.
