Senapet Recycling in Istanbul Turkey, are producing pet flake for the food industry with the latest system technology with a capacity of 1,500 tons per month which makes us the one of the biggest company in Turkey.
 
We are dedicated to produce the best quality flakes with our professional team and superior quality management philosophy.
As thriving to excel at the quality, we use only the top quality pet bottles of our country. 
 
Once the pet bottles reach our facility, they are checked for foreign materials and metals and separated twice with optic Titech machine that we bought from Germany.
 
They are broken down to  10-12 mm dimensions in our crushing machines.
 
After the caps and labels are separated in the pools, they are washed twice in 90c boilers with costic soda and then pass through very precise rinses and centrifuges.
 
Washed and rinsed flakes are completely dry out and  pass through vibratory sieves by doing so the small flakes and dust below 3mm are separated.
 
Each stage of the production line metals are removed with ferros and non-ferros separators. 
 
Light materials and thin gelatin materials from the flakes are removed by the 6.5 metre  long zigzag process. 
 
For the final process, the flakes are sorted by the Bühler Sortex colour separator that we bought from England  and all the colored materials are being removed.

In October 2018, we added Sesotech Purifier in our production line that we bought from Germany   in order to produce perfect quality ; so we perfected the quality even better.
