It is included in the recycling line and separated from its contaminated feature and offered to the use of the industry again.

Worn packaging wastes that are not suitable for reuse are broken into small pieces. Enterprises can use these parts directly in production works by mixing them with the original raw material in certain proportions; It can also be used as a second class raw material by remelting it and adding additives. As a result of recycling one ton of plastic packaging waste, 14,000 Kwh of energy is saved.

Packaging wastes contaminated with hazardous waste, which are within the scope of the 'Regulation on Control of Hazardous Wastes', are brought to our facility by our licensed vehicles with ADR Certificate (Hazardous Waste Transport Certificate) and licensed drivers who have received SRC training, in accordance with the provisions of the regulation.

In parallel with a contract to be made with the enterprises, used sheet metal and plastic drums, drums, IBCs are collected from their locations by filling in the national waste transportation forms stipulated by the ministry with our licensed vehicles, stored appropriately, and recycled within the framework of our license given by the ministry.

MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) information and documents are requested from the enterprises before the contract for the materials discharged from the packaging wastes; If there is no indication to the contrary regarding the recycling/recycling of the said packaging wastes, the wastes are accepted, otherwise the waste producer is informed of the necessity of sending them to the disposal facilities.

The filled national waste forms, together with the copies of the waybill and invoice, are delivered to the relevant units of the ministry by us as an appendix to the inventory forms prepared every month.

Receiving the expected economic and environmental benefits from recycled/recycled industrial packaging is possible only by keeping the industry under control and producing at industry standards.
