AKSD Kft. - The name was derived from the initials of the names of the founding owners: ASA Kröpfel-Spreitzer and the Mayor's Office of the City of Debrecen County.

As a public service provider in the city of Debrecen, our company had the exclusive right to collect, transport and dispose of municipal solid waste for the period specified in the contract. Based on the Waste Act that entered into force on 01.01.2013, however, as of 01.07.2014, only non-profit majority state or municipal-owned companies that have a public utility license can provide such services.

Accordingly, from 01.01.2014, the municipal-owned Debreceni Hulladék Nonprofit Kft. (DHK Kft.) provides the mandatory public service, and AKSD Kft. operates as a subcontractor of DHK Kft.

A significant part of our order book is secured by the Debrecen County Municipality and the Debrecen Waste Management Nonprofit Kft., due to our city management activities.

Our main areas of activity:

• the provision of complex mandatory public services related to municipal solid waste as a subcontractor in Debrecen and the region
• collection, transport and disposal of production waste
• collection and transport of hazardous waste
• operation of a waste disposal facility
• sewage sludge composting
