NG Metall AB, formerly Mirec Recycling Solutions & Sims Recycling Solutions AB, became part of the group Norsk Gjenvinning on 1 November 2021. 

Norsk Gjenvinning is the market leader in the Norwegian recycling industry and contributes every day to a global environmental effort in its own local environment. We collect all types of waste from business and produce waste-based raw materials that we sell on the international market. In addition, we offer household renovation, industrial services, demolition, environmental remediation, fragmentation and bulk handling. We are established with 40 facilities and over 1,750 employees in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and England. We handle 2.2 million tonnes of waste per year, and have an annual turnover of approx. SEK 5.5 billion. The group is owned by Summa Equity. Our efforts are an important contribution to the circular economy and the national environmental accounts. Our vision is that waste should be the solution to the resource problems of the future
