ASPA SA is a specialized enterprise for metalworking and manufacturing of various component parts and assemblies, including parts of increased precision and complexity, parts made of stainless and heat-resistant steels, titanium alloys and other hard-to-cut materials. We manufacture components for equipment in various branches of mechanical engineering - for the food industry, (packaging equipment, foil extruders), for hydraulic systems, for transmission gearboxes, pipeline fittings, etc. We also set up the production of critical welded structures for non-standard purposes. On request, machines for polishing curved surfaces are produced.

At the same time, relying on more than 50 years of experience, the company produces a wide range of special cutting tools both from high-speed steels, including those obtained by powder metallurgy, and with carbide inserts (cutters, cutters, broaches, drills, taps, countersinks, reamers, thread rolling rollers, etc.). In particular, the production of special profile broaches from micropowder high-speed steel produced by the Austrian company West Alpine has been mastered. In addition, the manufacture of tooling, including stamps and molds, calibers and special measuring tools, has been mastered. The design of cutting and measuring tools, equipment is carried out by experienced personnel of the design department.

The ability to independently provide cutting and measuring tools, equipment, as well as the presence of its own thermal section allows us to solve a wide range of tasks for the manufacture of the most complex parts. The available capacities allow us to organize the production of serial and large-scale orders.

We manufacture components for such enterprises as: WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER Machinery ks (Czech Republic) - manufacture of complex equipment for foil extrusion, packaging and packaging., Krones AG (Germany) - manufacture of equipment for the food industry, etc.

JSC 'ASPA' is open for cooperation, there are free production facilities, which are equipped with the necessary infrastructure to place new orders. The team of the enterprise guarantees the release of high-quality products that meet the requirements of customers.

In 2005, our company was certified according to ISO 9001:2008 by the International Certification Center TUV Thuringen eV, and in June 2014 the company was re-certified. Since 08/19/2020, ISO 9001-2015 certification has been received.
