We are a small company based in the Market Place of a village called Tattershall in Lincolnshire. With a retail outlet and repair centre in the Market Place, we are one of a handful of businesses remaining here following the closure of the local supermarket. We aim to provide a helpful and beneficial service to the local community and indeed we try to help the community where we can through charitable donations and services. We focus mainly on the retail of LCD TVs, Plasmas, Laptops, PC equipment and all the related cables, parts and accessories. We also keep a stock for repairs and also retail, a large number of new and used parts for TVs and laptops.

We offer an extensive range of servicing and repairs for electrical equipment from minor upgrades to major repairs. All repairs are carried out on the premises and to the utter most level by competent members of our staff. We offer custom built PC and laptop solutions where the aim is to meet your needs no matter the budget. We will do the best we can for you no matter how little you have to spend.

We work with a lot of major insurance companies providing reports. This is carried out at a set price with no hidden fees. 

A major area of our business is in the specialisation of the care, handling, recycling, reuse and disposal of WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment) with a range of services tailored to meet individual needs. We are competitively priced and as registered Waste Carriers we can save you time and hassle by collecting your waste. For hard drives or any media containing sensitive or personal data a certificate of destruction can be provided confirming that the media has been data cleansed.

Where possible we shall recycle to the highest level possible

We will dispose of our waste products and packaging in an environmentally friendly manner through recycling and reuse.

We will dispose of hazardous waste in the appropriate manner through registered companies capable of dealing with such waste e.g. damaged LCD tubes.

We will meet our WEEE obligations and dispose of the waste through an appropriate and environmentally low impact means.

We aim to return any item we have for service and/or repair within 7 days (depending on the lay time for parts).
