As an EPA RCRA permitted hazardous waste transporter, all qualified Oasis employees are trained in HAZWOPER, DOT packing requirements, waste tracking, spill response and prevention. All project coordinators, scientists and project managers are put through extensive training to remain compliant and current to the continual changes in the environmental laws and regulations. Oasis maintains strict compliance with all Federal and State regulatory agencies including the: EPA, DOT, DOH, RCRA, TSCA, and OSHA.
