1996-2000

Edward’s Enterprises began in October 1996 when Edward Flanagan created E.D.’s Yard Grooming with David Ron. Edward Flanagan, owner of Edward’s Enterprises, was born and raised in Southern California and inspired by his parent’s entrepreneurial spirit. Service grew to include gutters & landscaping & 2 trucks by 1998, much of it in Camarillo. Word of mouth & door to door flyer distribution allowed our small company to grow.

2000-2004

In 2000 Edward’s Enterprises Landscaping & Home Repairs was officially formed in Camarillo, CA. By 2002 we serviced 75 single family homes & restaurants monthly that remained loyal to us for years due to good communication & follow through. Edward’s Enterprises ended weekly Yard Care services in 2004 as we became a licensed General Contractor.

2005-2016

Edward’s Enterprises became a California B licensed general contractor in 2005 offering commercial & residential remodeling, maintenance (Apartment, Retail & REO), & repairs. We moved to a new commercial location in 2006 which allows us to stage projects, equipment & room for a small operations office to meet the demands of our satisfied customers.

2016 to Present

In order to continue and expand services offered to our clients, we took and passed the test to add the C-36 Plumbing license to our existing B General Contractor license. Our clients include home owners, property management companies, several national maintenance companies & retailers such as Bevmo, Gap, Carmax, Foot Locker, Panda Express & more. We maintain trucks with the crews and tools to serve customers throughout Ventura County and much of Santa Barbara County & Los Angeles County.
