D Block Metals, LLC is a producer of refractory and precious metal products primarily from secondary industrial scrap sources.

The company was formed to meet the ever increasing demand for secure sustainable domestic raw materials sources. The most important source is recycling. D Block is committed to constant improvement in technology to efficiently processes to recycle critical raw materials for industry.

Our Main Facility is located at 1111 Jenkins Road, Gastonia NC 28052. Our 7 acre (28,000 m2) site has over 34,000 ft2 (3,150 m2) of manufacturing space.

Our Name, D Block Metals, refers to the transition metals in groups 3 to 12 of the periodic table. It was only after we chose the name that people told us it sounds like we are a bunch of ex-convicts.
