Västblekinge Environment

Västblekinge Environment is a municipal company owned by the municipalities of Karlshamn, Sölvesborg and Olofström.

Our task is to coordinate waste management in the three municipalities. Our areas of responsibility are planning, reception, sorting, increased recycling, operation of biogas plants, transports, recycling centers, recycling stations, information and customer service.

We run the waste facility in Mörrum with our own staff, where we also have our office. Most of our recycling centers are run by our own staff. The transports of household waste are performed by our contractors.
